Salon Ana in Fallbrook, CA

Wow! I thought this couldn't get any worse, and yet again, it does! The business owner got my review taken down again! He also created a Yelp profile to use the "compliment" feature just to post two separate complaints about my review! I say it was created just for that purpose because there were no other reviews, friends, or activity, just the non-complimentary "compliments"! I had to report this to Yelp because it's a misuse of the compliment feature and this person is harassing me because of my review. To the owner: Not everyone will give you 5 star reviews or like your business. You'll notice that nearly all the reviews for this business are 5 stars or 1 star, which means this business is very active at monitoring on Yelp and trying to eliminate every review that isn't 5 stars and isn't able to get rid of all of the 1 star reviews. Having customers who have a range of opinions about your business is normal! That's just part of being a business owner. My review wasn't a 1 star until I updated it due to you repeatedly trying to get it taken down. That's bad customer service and a poor, unprofessional business practice, showing you can't tolerate anyone saying you have room for improvement. (The original review explained that the stylist didn't follow directions and the haircut was not that great and needed to be fixed elsewhere afterward.) I really don't know why the owner was so offended by that since it was just honest feedback on the service, nothing personal. It's extremely weird that he is being so vindictive about one Yelp review. Just accept the feedback and move on, and leave me alone. I will keep posting my review so stop with the immature, harassing, and bullying behavior.

I'm happy I went to this salon. Ana did an Awesome job on my nails. Very professional & even accommodated my work travel schedule. I definitely will continue to give her my business.

After 4 years of moving away from the Fallbrook area I was finally able to come return. I lived out of state fo the last 4 years and desperately tried to find a hair dresser like Penelope at Salon Ana in Fallbrook. No such luck due to COVID19; however I finally got lucky last week. I very briefly used my hands to describe what I wanted and immediately she knew what to do. It came out perfect and I had many wonderful complements thanks to her. Furthermore she uses great shampoo and conditioner, of which I often purchase. All at one stop! Marlene B

This dude that works here is an articulate artist. I definitely recommend him for a haircut at Salon Ana in Fallbrook. I can wear my hair in so many ways now that I have a great looking head of hair cut to perfection. I believe his name is Armondo.
