I was very happy with my stylist. She was very informative and answered all of my questions, since I had not had my hair colored in years and was scared of getting it damaged. Due to the color that I wanted, my natural hair color, and the fact that I have very fine hair, it would have taken a lot of damage to get it to the color I wanted in one treatment. I appreciate her being honest and suggesting to gradually lighten it by treating it every couple of months until I reach the desired color. My hair feels so healthy, and I love the color. She was very professional and patient with me.
Just moved from California and needed to find a new stylist. Rolled the dice and got lucky with Katie Pitttman. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought no one could ever be as good as my last stylist, who I had for eight years but it looks like I picked a winner. Thanks Katie!
The stylists chatted with each other, ordered food, paid some guy for a mobile car wash complained about the real estate market. My hair and my existence was the last thing on my stylist mind as she held her phone to her ear and summarily destroyed my hair! Guess I had to give one star but No stars would be most accurate! Why are there no decent hairdressers here?!!
The salon workers were friendly and the place was clean. Not much to look at on the outside, the inside is very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I was immediately welcomed and offered a drink. Mitci cut my hair, and I didn't even need a picture. I described what I wanted, and that's exactly what I got! I love my haircut and will definitely go back!!!
Not impressed! The employees at the salon are not welcoming at all! 2 of the workers walked by me before anyone acknowledged that I was in the salon. Not one other employee spoke to me the entire time I was there...only the stylist doing my hair. The station I was seated at was not all that clean. There was hair in the chair...hair all over the floor...candy wrappers on the floor....dust all over everything. Not neat and tidy at all. The majority of the stylist seemed more interested in talking to one another rather than talking to the client in their chair paying them. The only good thing I have to say about the place is they do offer you a drink. Way over priced for the way you are treated!!! I will not return!!
