SALON 1322 in Belmont, CA

From the moment I walked in to the salon, I knew I'd found my place. I was met my Deb who welcomed me in and let me know my hair artist, Genevieve would be with me shortly. I came in for a hair extension consultation and left feeling excited and ready for my install in a few short weeks. Genevieve strived to ensure I felt comfortable and confident with the next steps. I returned for my install and from the time I entered the salon until I left, I felt amazing, excited and ready for the transformation. I received 18" hair extensions with just the right mix of color that perfectly matched and complimented me! Genevieve guided me through the process, matched my new hair with amazing products that I will forever use(product matters, I promise!). I've returned once for my move up about 6 weeks later and we decided on a different install method, as Genevieve truly personalizes what's best for your hair. I love the result and have found my hair home!!Genevieve cares, and is highly educated in her craft! The salon is beautiful, welcoming, and fun!!! Highly recommend

I called Salon 1322 after reading the reviews and chose Deb as my stylist because of her ideals on going back to ones natural root color for low maintenance style. By sheer luck she had a cancellation for the next day and I was able to be seen. I hadn't gotten my hair done in quite some time due to my fears of some past bas bleaching, but deb re assured me with time and processing we could get back to my root color. Her keen attention to detail and genuine passion for her craft was very evident. She took the time to listen attentively to my preferences and concerns, ensuring that she understood exactly what I wanted and she also taught me how to properly use my curling iron and didn't pressure me to get any products! I went back the next week to grab some when I tested them out again and I'm really grateful I did! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair, I have one more appointment to go and my hair will be back to it's natural state! Thank you x a million deb!!! see you soon!

I have been going to 1322 Plus Collective for two years. Jazz is my stylist, and she has transformed my hair. I appreciate her excellent understanding of shade and tone. She has highlighted my hair, and the sandy blond color is precisely what I want. I highly recommend her as the stylist who can make your hair dreams come true.

I had an appointment for highlights with Jazz (for my roots, the rest of the hair was already blonde) and when I left the salon my roots were completely undone (see photo). When I pointed it out she told me that it was root shadow and it would wash off even though the dark roots are the exact same as when I went in. I am extremely disappointed as I paid $590 and now I have to pay again someone else to do my roots Edit: I have already washed my hair twice when writing this review and unlike what's suggested in the comment, this was *not* a correction, my roots (the dark part of the hair) were completely virgin when I went in (and largely remain virgin as you see in the photos). The purpose of this appointment was to highlight the grown out roots
