Had my lashes done here. Paid $225. 1.5 weeks later lots of lashes had fallen out and I returned with hopes of getting them replaced as I had an event the next day. I was told it would cost me another $75. I was interrogated about how I had been caring for the lashes and eventually told it was all my fault why the lashes had fallen out. I've worn lashes since 2014 and never had this many fall out so soon and also never been treated so poorly by an owner of a business. I was accused of "sleeping on my side" and "brushing the lashes incorrectly" with the brush I was given and told to use to brush them with. She ended up telling me she didn't need me as a customer because she already had plenty of customers. Her salon was empty and 1 person was getting a pedicure while I was there. Erika was the girl who did my lashes and she's very nice. The owner of this business has no clue about the meaning of customer service and will flat out tell you if you want something like getting a few more lashes put in to replace the ones that disappeared you can forget about it. I even offered $50 and asked that the tech work on each eye for 15 monitored and she absolutely refused. Avoid this place like the plague
