i have been to the nail salon a few times prior to this experience. I usually have the same person do my nails everytime but this time the older lady did my nails. The older lady is super rude the whole time. I asked for one more layer of polish on my nails because of me getting strictly glitter. She stated "ugh thick" and then snatched my hand. After she got done painting my nails she was filing my nails. While she was filing my nails she said ugh short nails and rolled her eyes. I know my nails are short because i bite them but dang. I will never come back to this business again.

Takes appointments but doesn't honor them. Not enough staff. makes you pay by cash app or Venmo. Not friendly at all. Have been many times. Made appointments each time. None honored. Don't eve ask your name. Not a good business To deal with. all for them.

The owner has a nasty attitude all the time when I come in, this is the 3rd time giving them a chance. They do the bare minimum, the guy was acting as if he was cleaning them out but hardly ever came in contact with my toes. My toes are as if my little cousin did them. I have polish on my skin and when I complained about it, they wanted me to sit another 30 minutes to get them right (I had somewhere to be and NOW I have to wear closed toe shoes cause they look terrible) and they didnt want to refund me at least half of my money FOR A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! They have an attitude and do a mediocre job.. not even! They've done it every time and really this is what I get for even giving them a 3rd try. I'm here trying to help my local community and they really screw us over with the bare minimum and the UPCHARGE

Not coming back. Had to wait nearly 3 hours while there were 3 workers sitting in massage chairs on their phones, reading the paper, etc. One of their children was running around the salon screaming and sitting IN MY LAP. None of the workers even bothered to say anything to him and continued to let him jump on top of me and the one lady beside me... 3 hours wait for 2 people... Several people walked in and right out after this. My friend who got a full set was supposed to be charged $25, and they gave her gel without telling her. He tried to charge her $48!!! She explained to them this isn't what she asked for and he continued to argue back saying it wasn't his fault (even though he did her nails). He then offered $5 dollars off.. I told him to take my name off the wait list because I didn't have anymore time to wait, he then continued to argue back with me. All I needed was a fill in. Never had a good experience there and definitely won't be going back.

I have been coming here a few months and I like how both the husband and wife do nails but if the husband is working I prefer him to do them. He seems to care about nails he will suggest the do's and don't. I walked in there today and the husband wasn't there. No hey, how you doing or nothing the wife yells out Anthony isn't here. I told her that's fine. She can do them. While doing my nails she calls her husband on FaceTime, to show him my face and claims she only ask him how much he charged me last time, bs why not ask me? She can tell me anything I don't speak her language. I strongly believe in the transfer of energy. She acted like she didn't want to do my nails, so when it came to polish them I told her I'd just keep them clear. I kindly told her that she always have the right to refuse service if she didn't want to do my nails that she didn't have too!!!
