Extremely disappointed by my experience here. After being sat for my appointment, the two employees at the location began to gossip incessantly about their friends and even about things that went on between other employees at the salon! They were mentioning employee theft and firings which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I left the salon thinking that my haircut was just fine (I came for a trim) but then found when I was straightening my hair the next day that it was completely uneven and there was one chunk of hair that was cut extremely disproportionately short- my hair goes past my shoulder and this piece was only 1 inch long (it looked like the sylist's scissors slipped and she didn't even say anything to me!!) I can confidently say that I will not be coming back here.

I like the cutting ! I got Judy from online review and explain to her my wish and need and she gave me what I want! It has multiple layer that I need, she explained to me about my dyeing need and how she did the cutting so I understand it better. The outcome is totally outrun the price.

It turns out that the hair stylist did such a poor job mixing color for my hair that it damaged my scalp and follicles. A lot of my hair fell out over the next few months, and it is now permanently a different color. Before leaving the salon that day, I even asked multiple times for someone to fix it because I had come in to get my hair done before a job interview in a few days. I was outright refused. $200 to have my hair permanently ruined.

Honestly couldn't get worse, I spent four hrs doing my hair, the result is terrible. I don't think the hair dresser knows what he's doing. And I'm very disappointed. Don't get complicated color in this salon.

The worst salon ever, I'm a Hijabi and when I called to make an appointment I asked if they got a private place that is covered and they said yes, when I went there they said they don't have it. Because I don't wanna waste my time and it was only a lady there i accepted to get my hair cut for quick, I asked for layers , She cut off my hair very shorter than I wanted and she didn't do the layers that I asked for !!! very disappointed, I had a very long hair til my waist now it's very short I can barely tie it up, the cut looks very bad like someone unprofessional did it, it really didn't worth that money at all. it's very expensive for nothing. I will definitely never go back there and I don't recommend it to anybody please don't waist ur time and money.
