I came in for a refill and there was only one other person in the shop the refill was only supposed to be $18 and they charged me $30 and wouldn't give me a reason. The refill it's self turned out horrible it looks like a two year old painted them very textured and messy. NOT TO MENTION there's actual hair stuck in the polish and tons by bubbles. None of the tools they used were clean everything had paint and nail shavings on it. Worst nail job I've ever had I will not return.
I would not come here again. The man who did my nails rushed and left a lot of residue on my nails. I asked him to fix it and he just applied alcohol (which didn't help) and didn't do anything to rectify the situation. I was not happy about it and now I'm going to pay more money to get my nails done another place. Do not waste your money.
Sat down at 3:30, didn't leave until almost 5:30. I asked for a dip manicure...except there was no manicure-- basically got a polish change. She was very rough, left with bleeding cuticles. After the dip was dry I looked at the two hands and they didn't match each other--the pinks were noticeably different. Attempted to fix it and the colors still do no match. I had to ask for acetone to take the old polish off as it was still all over my fingers. She helped take most of it off but then said I could use lotion to take the rest off--like lotion was going to take the polish off. Definitely not going back.
David is amazing!! Ms. Wendy is hilarious David Literally checked and researched exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Made sure more than one time that they were perfect. I have Never had my nails exactly how I wanted them done! Never going elsewhere again!!!
Came here to a get a simple pedi. Walked in, no greeting, no help. It wasn't even that busy. Waited a couple more minutes, still no help. I ended up walking out and going to Le Vogue. A little more expensive, but I got serviced right away. Can't spend my money where I don't feel comfortable. It's completely free to just say hello.
