they really have great customer service and is worth the money. they do great sew-ins and color services. they listen to what you want and tell you if it's healthy and really care about your hair. thank you for always taking care of me !

Quick service dry hair virtually no use of scissors or oil regimens. They just dry your hair out. Very disappointed that I spent 50 dollars and wasted it this is my 4th time here meaning they are not consistent bc sometimes I have gotten dontit done better by the same lady. I'm so irritated that her mood reflected in the outcome of my hair.i will not be going back

Rosi used to work in Yocasta's Dominican Hair Salon in Stockbridge. I am happy she has her own salon now. She used to do awesome work and still does, but the customer service and prices are awful. I usually pay 30.00 for excellent service at Original Dominican Hair Salon. Rosi's prices aren't posted and I was charged 50.00 for a wash and set. I know my hair will be oily in a few days because it's naturally oily and fine and her daughter packed oil and spray on it. Her daughter did a decent job, but I am upset with myself because I spent 4 hours here and thought my regular salon I go to was packed, but this was just as bad. Also, they don't look at the list to see who is next in line so be careful. People jumped ahead of me and the employees didn't care. If you all have a sign in sheet then check it since we all sign in upon arrival. Rosi congrats on your salon, but I pray you take this feedback and improve. Also if you do choose to go be sure to get Rosi or her daughter according to a lady that was sitting next to me. I saw the. other lady do two heads and she didn't do a great job. The hair was very stiff l. No one wants to come out of a salon with greasy stiff hair.

I was denied a haircut for no reason. I guess they can't do simple buzz cuts. Most people there weren't wearing masks

This is the worst salon I have ever been too!!! As soon as I walked into the facility the woman that greeted me had an attitude and rolled her eyes. I was waiting for over an hour and was getting restless. It is a very small and cramped building especially for it to be Covid. I saw one of the employees with a mask on but it was not over her mouth nor her nose. There are six seating areas but they are all very close together. I DO NOT suggest this salon, at least not during the pandemic!!!!
