At first I had a great experience there, but after about three times my stylist at this salon began booking multiple clients together and rotated between us which equated to a 3 hour hair appointment. This got old fast especially when I was paying top dollar for my hair services there. I discussed this with the stylist twice and she continued to run behind and book multiple clients so I took that as my complaints weren't important to her so I left!
Worst experienc in all my 45 years. I don't know buy the owner and a few more hair stylist messed my child's hair up so bad and they had to go elsewhere in cookeville to have it fixed as best as they could. Very sad to leave this review but I'd hate for anyone else to go through this. They did reimburse for the major hair disaster.
I went in for a full set of volume lashes.The next morning I had lost over half of the lashes that were glued to my eyes! I had a very pleasant conversation with the girl while she was applying them. I think it's the products they use. I won't be back
I was not pleased with the last service there. Maybe due to overbooking or not paying attention to time, I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen. The person was shown a picture of how I wanted the back cut, yet she chose to do something totally different with discussing it with me. Lots of gaps, embarrassing actually. The owner refused to contact me despite multiple attempts to reach out to her. Will never return. Beware...just because they have a license does not mean they can style or cut hair.
Roots is untouchable in customer service! This place makes you feel like the main character! The staff is so friendly and Brittany absolutely rocks my cut every time! The energy from the moment you walk in the doors you can tell the crew really enjoy what they do and are damn good at it! Emily (The owner) has definitely created a welcoming environment! I would give more than 5 stars if possible!
