Set an 9am appointment and recieved a notification that my appointment was accepted. Arrived 15 mins before my appointment and waited until 15 no one arrived and i had to scramble to find someone available at another salon last minute in order to make my 11 am event. When i still had no heard from the salon i became concerned that my credit card would be charged for services i did not receive thru no fault of my own so i contacted the salon again at 10:45 and the owner blamed me entirely. Saying that she checks her schedule before she goes to bed as if id have any way of knowning that. I recieved a text accepting my appointment. She didnt bother to check that morning either so she had no idea i was scheduled. When i told her that way a crappy way to run a business blaming the customer for her error she hung up on me. Stellar customer service
Natalie did a great job, she was so friendly and down to earth. The salon is awesome , it's a whole vibe inside. I 100% recommend this salon to everyone. My hair feels and smells amazing!
