Renew Beauty Salon in Napa, CA

Wow I love this place ! Angels is fantastic she is so full of energy ! She always knows whats best for my hair.! Angels changed my look completely it made me look 20 years younger and I was satisfied. Shes really nice and upbeat shes a little shy but once you get to know her shes a blast.

I tried Renew Salon for the first time last week and it was great! Maria Vieyra took her time talking to me about a style that would fit my face. I have long hair that is naturally salt and pepper. She did an amazing job giving it a shape that flowed and all the layers she cut blend nicely. I appreciate that Maria has many years of cutting experience. Maria is my new hair person!

Angie is a fantastic talented hair stylist! Best I've had. She's always upbeat, explains my options well, and takes her time with my hair. Not to mention, she always has a water bottle waiting for me at her station- a nice touch. She does get booked up fast but sitting in her chair is worth the wait! Although, she has always been able to accommodate me and has gotten me in sooner. She's been so patient with me too as I had requested color changes and she worked with me to find the color and highlights that I liked most. She genuinely cares about her work and making her clients happy! Happy Client! Smiley Face.

I fail to grasp ,or understand why you can go over to quick clips and get a far better trim than RBS, in my opinion ??? I won't say they seem lazy ,but .When your charging 30 for a light trim I think that it should be awsome .Other locals have told me that they have had some not so impressive results as well .They may need more training in my humble opinion. Dont think I was in the chair for 10 minutes . Quick clips revisited ?? They need to do a better job if they want return customers . I whould not recomend them to anyone , and i won't be going back . Step it up gals .You should be doing things better than your average Joe .

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Renew. This is by far the best beauty salon I have ever tried! Not only are they professional and knowledgeable but they are excellent with customer service. Angie is a great stylist (I think she is also the manager) who can give a professional and honest opinion but also respects the client's wishes. After going to Renew, I get compliments on my hair. I also get my facial waxing there and have NEVER been burnt. Keep up the great work Renew!!!
