This is one of the better nail salons that I've been to in the Northeast Ohio region. All the employees wear masks and they even require whoever comes in to wash their hands before services which helped me feel safer in the age of Covid. The environment is nice and clean. I even appreciate the chandelier that hangs in the middle of the salon, it's very on brand for a place named Regency Nails! I feel inclined to write this review because I get the best pedicures I ever experienced at this salon. I've been to fancy resort spas all over the country and still consistently come back here for a reason. There's no where that I've been to that gives me the same level of attention and relaxation as this place. I always get the hot stone massage and let me tell you- it's an experience and worth the $$$. Nina is amazing and so kind! She gives the best foot and leg massages with her hands, followed with hot stones. After the massage, my feet are placed in paraffin wax booties to maximize softness, rinsed, and then massaged again with lotion!! Not only that, I'm always pleased with how my nails end up painted. I drive almost 40 minutes every time to visit this place because I'm never disappointed! I highly recommend anyone to give this place a chance by visiting
It's a tight spot for everything. Had a woman on her phone with her speaker on the whole time which made it miserable for everyone in there. Also had my tech dose off during my manicure. Wouldn't recommend.
Went for a pedicure on Sunday because it's the only salon that was open. The guy who did my pedi barely put any effort. He was too busy talking to the employee next to him. I had to remind him to properly scrub my feet. To which he responded my feet aren't dry. He didn't properly take of the dry skin from around the toes as you can see in the picture. Felt like it was mediocre and rushed. Then, he forgot I wanted my dipped nails removed. Had to wait until he came back from smoking. I like trying new places but I will be not coming back.
This was the first time for me at this nail spa. I didn't know what to expect. I was met with kindness and had the best manicure and pedicure ever!! They were able to squeeze me in at the last moment an hour before they were closing and stayed late to finish my services! Highly recommend!
