I was a bridesmaid who came here with the bridal party to get ready before my friend's wedding. We had a great experience with the stylists here. The stylists had 8+ of our hair & makeup done in under 3 hours! The girls were attentive to our requests and stylist Maddie even redid half of my hair to make sure it was to my liking before we left.

My first visit to this salon. Showed Savannah photos of hair color I liked and she was super helpful in helping me decide what would be best. Took her time and did an amazing job!! Have another appointment booked already. Highly recommend.

I went to Rau Salon to get my hair colored and a trim. I told the Stylist that I needed my grey covered. I went in the salon with Chestnut Brown hair and came out with a horrible flat jet black color. To add insult to injury, I was charged $147, which was more expensive than Grand Geneva Resort. My hair is a few inches past my shoulder. I NEVER mentioned anything about changing my hair color. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with hair color in my life! I called the manager and she told me that she could lighten it with a bleach/conditioner mix. Since I was embarrassed to leave my house, I had no choice but to do that, even though I feared it would dry out my hair. This treatment did pull out a lot of the black color, but the end result made the top have an orange tint. Although it was better than the jet black, I still hated my color. The manager offered to try to put more color on it, but said that it could really damage my hair and/or make it too dark again. I did not want to take that risk, so I wrote a letter asking that my color be fixed in 4-6 weeks. The owner and/or manager did not even care enough to respond to my letter. Therefore, I remain a very dissatisfied customer and I would NEVER go back there or recommend this salon to anyone!

Went in for regular pedi and no chip mani. Paid $70. It took almost 2 hours and it's one of the worst mani pedí I've gotten. A lot of polish on my skin. The workers were very nice. I just think the person I had was still learning how to paint nails.
