Radience Salon & Spa in Centreville, VA

I recently went to this place for eyebrows and was very disappointed. The lady didn't know how to make the eyebrows for sure. I felt like she was running thread on my skin and not even plucked a single hair. She also used a tweezer to remove the hairs which were very frustrating. In the end, the result was lost shape and missing hairs. By the way, I went with a full growth of eyebrows so not like I had any baby hairs. She charged $10 for this unprofessional service. Plus, she received 6 to 7 salon calls during my service. Can't they hire a receptionist for this job??

I recently tried a "deep cleanse" , and am wondering why I never tried it before...?! It was outstanding! I had it 2 days ago, and today my skin is GLOWING! I seriously love the results! I don't remember all the different steps involved but it definitely removed all the impurities from my pores. My skin feels very smooth. Going forward, I am going to get a deep cleanse regularly.

I am new to the area, and was looking for a salon with good reviews and low prices. I called Radience to make an appointment for 3pm a few hours ahead of time, and was told that would be perfect. I told them I wanted a haircut and a full set of highlights. After making the appointment, I bought a $150-for-$100 voucher for the salon here on Yelp because the prices of those services would have totaled over $165. When I arrived at the salon, I waited 20 minutes for my appointment to begin, because my hairdresser was already busy. When she finally came out, she claimed that I had not made an appointment, and told me that she didn't have time to give me any highlights. I did not want my money to go to waste, so I asked if she could do partial highlights instead. She agreed. Early on in my cut/highlight, another client came in whose hairdresser had called earlier to cancel their appointment. She had not received the message, and insisted that MY hairdresser fill in, because her daughter had prom in a few hours. My service went very downhill after that. I asked for an easy angled bob haircut, and she did not listen to me whatsoever. My entire service was rushed as well. When I was finally done, I presented my online voucher to them. The total ended up being $90. They would not give me a refund, and told me that I couldn't use the remaining $60 on the voucher because it is one time use. (Attached is a picture of what I asked for, and a picture of what I actually received--haircut, not color.) I wasted my money, my time, and I received awful service. I would not recommend coming here to anybody.

Been going to Radiance Salon for almost 8 years now. All I can say is, this place is one of the most amazing salons I've ever been to. I go there for my facials, eyebrows, massages etc... The staff is so friendly and they will always provide you with the best services. I can never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done Atar is my favorite. I would give 10 stars if I could :) Seriously favorite place everrrrrr!!!

I have been a client at Radience for 5 yrs. I don't spend much time or money on hair, nails etc. but I am a believer in the benefits of massage ever since it helped me recover from a back injury. I had a wonderful massage therapist for years who moved out of the area. I bounced around trying to find a new therapist and happened to buy a Living Social for this salon. I didn't have high hopes because none of the other massages I got through Living Social or Groupon were that great. Once I got a massage from Goldie, the owner, I have never gone elsewhere. She has the magic touch! The salon is clean and friendly and the prices are good. I now get regular massages, facials, waxing/threading and the occasional hair cut and color there.
