I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure. It was one of the most enjoyable pedicures I have ever had. Erin was wonderful. I also appreciated that they accepted my Groupon although the women who had originally offered it was no longer working there.

This small business is one to note. They have a great staff and really take customer service to the next level. Briana's massage was one of my best ever....and I have been everywhere. She really knows how to work out a knot without having you scream in pain! She just knows what she is doing and really provides great techniques! I always leave feeling so relaxed and relieved. She really listens to her clients and works on what we need. She is open to only working one area if that is what will help you. I really appreciate her flexibility. I purchased the Indulgence Package as a treat to myself which gave a for soak after the massage. I called and asked if I could make it a pedicure as wil since we were already doing part of it. Erin was more than happy to oblige. She was great to talk to while she massaged my calves and feet. So down to Earth and kind. And her polishing was fantastic. My toes look great! I would highly recommend giving this business a try. They have really strict Covid protocols which I appreciated and that made me comfortable enough to make the appointments. I hope these girls are around a long time!

I bought a Groupon for a mani/pedi here. It was a little difficult reaching them, but I ended up leaving a voicemail and received a callback later in the day. Tamarah was a great technician! She was friendly, explained the process, and got me the right manicure I needed. I ended up getting gel nail polish for $20 extra as I wanted the application to last longer. They have several color options for the gel polish. Removal of the gel polish is also included, but via appointment. I have had my nails for almost 3 weeks now and there have been no chips at all. The location is not in your face, so just be on the look out for where to turn. Parking in the back of the building will give you access to their salon directly. You can book a second appointment for a mani/pedi at a lesser price while still at the salon.

I had a facial at Rush Image in July. The employee did a nice job so I went ahead and prepaid for another facial that was scheduled for August. On the day of my facial, I received a text message about twenty minutes before my appointment letting me know it had been cancelled. I live about 45 minutes away from Worthington, and so I was already almost to the salon. I called multiple times and left voicemails and have never received a refund or a call back. I would avoid this place at all costs! It's extremely unprofessional to cancel on a client right before their appointment with no reason given, especially when the client has prepaid for the service and on top of that never get back with the client to apologize or issue a refund! I definitely would have been a return customer, but after the way I have been treated I will never book an appointment here again.
