The service is always amazing here!! They are really nice and helpful!! It's always calm and relaxing!!!

This was my first time going in. Was recommended by a friend. Won't be going back. I don't mind waiting but they didn't even let me know there would be. Just had me sit at a station and wait for 30min thinking every person walking by was going to do my nails. A heads up about the wait isn't too much to ask for. The lady doing my nails seemed so over it. I felt bad for being there taking up her time. Not how one wants to feel when getting a service done. At first glance, the place looks clean but when you look closer, not so much. Everything was grimy with a coat of dirt and build up. From carts to bottles. There are certain tools that need to be swapped or sanitized between customers. That did not happen here. Definitely not sanitary. I should've just left at this point but I didn't. I got a dip manicure. It came out fine. You get what you pay for here. But I definitely wouldn't risk the chance of getting and infection. Especially if getting a pedicure. I don't even want to think about the short cuts they take with sanitation when working with peoples feet.

Despite the bad reviews about this place, I decided to give it a chance. It was quite busy when I came in the salon. Was told the wait will be 15 mins. I was seated by 15 mins but also waited another 20 before someone started working on my pedicure. I picked the Queen pedicure which includes -nail trimming and shaping -cuticle care -scrub -lotion massage -callus treatment -hot towel -cooling gel My nails were trimmed and shaped horribly. The lady cut into my toes twice. She shaped my nails rounded without even asking. I didn't get any color. The only great thing about this service is that the massage was great. Everything else I can care less for. She also only did callus treatment on my heels and not anywhere else which I thought was weird. Maybe it's just me? Oh well. Not going there again.

I came here to get my acrylic nails removed. They charged me $15, most spots charge $10 for removal. The main reason why I'm giving them 2 stars is because the nail technician was using the same gloves and going from someone's pedicure to then remove my nails. Then she removed the gloves and went back to work on that person's pedicure then straight back to me & to another person. There's so much potential for cross contamination. I get they might be busy juggling multiple customers but it doesn't hurt to swap gloves in between each interaction.

I got the queen pedicure and the pricing is decent. He did cut my skin a little bit but other than that it was okay. He cleaned my nails very good and got the shape I liked. The people are very nice. provided me with a water bottle while i got my pedicure.
