Queen Nails in Napa, CA

I have been going to this shop for so many years (20+years so far). And these gorgeous, lovely sisters have always taken the very best care of me and EVERYONE I have sent to them. And I have referred many, many people, both men and women to their shop. I am feeling compelled to chime my view on this topic due to the couple of negative reviews I saw here. I am sorry if any of these ladies had a bad experience. I am in no way trying to invalidate anyone else's perspective. I just wanted my positive perspective and experiences I have had all these years noted as well. I also wanted to mention that one reviewer stated their having "shorty shorn hair" and I am not certain the relevance of the length of Lynn & Kim's hair or what that has to do with any service they provide. By the way, the reason for their very short buzz cuts started with them donating their shorn hair for cancer folks and then they continued to keep it cut...as a symbol of devotion they believe in their personal religion. That just seemed like such an unnecessary, petty and unkind remark, I thought I would clarify on that point. As for their services, as mentioned, I have been a very happy customer for over 20 years now. At Christmas I get gift certificates for all my buddies and they all love it. I have no doubt perhaps we all might look for different expectations when we patronize our local small shops here. Hopefully y'all will give them a whirl. I think these ladies are the bees knees.

I have been going to Queen Nails since 9th grade im 27 now so i very clearly think they are great! Linh is amazing so is her Sister Kim! I always get the nails i ask for and they are very friendly. If you talk to them they will talk to you. Also if my nails get messed up or i dont like how something turned out they are always very understanding and more than happy to fix the problem! Im also on my 3rd pregnancy and must say compared to other Salons Queen Nails has never been a problem for me smell wise they keep their shop clean and Filtered so there is NO weird smells! 100% great shop great owners

What incredible crap. Walked in only one women with a shorty shorn head there. Asked about a gel polish. She said sure. Sat down and she started by roughing up the nail stopped her mid nail and walked out. Her own nails weee a mess. That the first clue. Don't waste your time.

I have been going here for pedicures for years. Excellent service in a very friendly environment. I highly recommend these ladies.

SHADY PRICES AND BUSINESS! Be careful with this business I just walked in at 3:01pm and one of the employees or owner idk the diferente came up to me and said what I needed I went ahead and said possible pedi and nails how much? She answers vaguely and says lots of higher prices that were not on their price list and then I ask May I see your price list which was located right next to the door and she said oh that's not our prices.. clearly this is their list as the list Had their business name And address and prices. The entire time the lady kept staring at my business logo and work T-shirt.. SHADY!
