Rude to new customers. I was not familiar with new techniques and tried explaining it to nail tech and he just walked away as if to dismiss me. Do not recommend giving these individuals your business-sad.
About a year ago I stopped getting my nails done because there really was no reason because I am retired and I work the garden most days. I was always breaking my nails and they really needed a break since I have only been doing my nails since 16. I went in today to get a manicure and pedicure because I'm going on a cruise. I just wanted polish, no gel. Well he said they don't do regular nail polish on fingernails. Ok, but they DO use regular nail polish on toes. I said ok just shape my nails and I will paint myself. I have been going here since I moved here almost two years ago. I had my pedicure which was fine, they don't massage very long though. When I went to check out the bill was fifty dollars. Twenty for the turbo manicure. I didn't think that was fair at all. I think a cost of ten dollars even fifteen would have been acceptable. Because I usually tip five bucks to each manicurist I did. It leave a tip. I just feel like I was ripped off due to the manicure. I went to a random place out by Kohl's a couple of months ago (before going on another cruise) and they were great. I won't be coming back here. Kind of a bummer but I guess they can choose how to run their business.

Three nails broke with in two days . The set cost me 60$ that is fine. But they should last longer and she was completely rude. I did not like the length of a tip she had cut , she charged me 5 $ for it.
I am very pleased with queen nails. This is my first time here. They are in the plaza in Brooksville at the corner of Cortez and Broad. Long did my gel nails. A young lady named E did the waxing. Today is a rainy Saturday. A good day to try out a shop, as there was less people. They do pedicures, manicures, and waxing. Will update on next visit as it was pouring out rain and I had to run for the car. Photos are of gel nails with design; I don't do acrylic and my nails are short. But you get the idea.
