Nicole is amazing! I don't trust anyone else cutting my hair. Plus, she is so sweet, and I love catching up with her every time I am at the salon. Love this place!

I just recently moved to San Francisco, and was only been able to visit the salon once before it closed for the pandemic, but it was a great experience - Super cute aesthetic, the staff was very friendly and I appreciated the thoughtfulness of being offered a robe to put on prior to my cut. The biggest draw to the salon, though, was Lindsey K. She cut my hair for several years when we both still lived in our hometown, and I'm so lucky that throughout our various moves, we've found our way back to each other again. One of the biggest stressors in relocating to a new area is finding a stylist, but that was one less thing I had to worry about! My style is a pretty basic layered bob, but I have always been amazed at how she can tame my bangs and cowlick to where I never have that awkward grow out moment...something I've always struggled with using other stylists. It's been 5 months since my last cut and I still love it as much as did on day one!

Tailored Salon is a high-end salon with a very elegant decor and extremely professional hairdressers. I've been there for the past 3 years, and I've never been disappointed. Lindsey has been an amazing hairdresser, thank you for understanding my (curly) hair!!

I foolishly went to a trendy salon that was written up in the paper for their "it" haircut -shag with bangs- and then was stuck with really heavy bangs that did not work well with my thick, curly & wavy hair. I spent months growing them out and cursing myself for cutting bangs in the first place. Because the bangs were so heavy (cut so far back on my crown), growing them out looked terrible (didn't blend well with the rest of my hair). I finally had them long enough where I was willing to risk a haircut to reshape my mop and this time carefully researched on Yelp. I found this salon and, after reading reviews and bios, chose Elizabeth Hartley for my cut and am SO glad I did. I got my hair cut back in the first week of February and she did a fantastic job of trimming and reshaping such that I no longer looked like I had a mullet. Instead, I finally had a flattering cut! I wash my hair about twice a week and a woman stopped me today (at a safe social distance!) to tell me that I have gorgeous hair. My hair looks sooooo much better because I got such a great cut from Elizabeth. She is very professional and has a tremendous depth of experience. I will definitely be going back to her for my next hair cut.

The staff and service at Tailored is extremely top notch. I started getting my bob haircut cut by Lindsey in mid 2018, and every cut has been amazing. The salon is known for their talented precision cuts, and I highly recommend Lindsey. I've also had my hair colored by Jen and Ming, and I've had fantastic experiences every time. From bronde/blonde highlights to even going red/orange and black/blue/purple - they've made my hair look amazing!
