First off let me say the staff is VERY nice but the service provided is HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste your money. I went there for convenience so I didn't have to drive too far to my regular technician BIG MISTAKE!!! I wanted to get a French Tip set with the (pink and white POWDER) NOT the gel polish these ppl had no earthly idea what I was talking about. Even after I showed them a picture. Then the guy that did my nails didn't apply the acrylic all the way up my nail which in return left a dip in my nail where I had to show him, to add more acrylic. My nails are SUPER thin and one nail looks like it's gonna break in probably 2 days if that. I will NEVER go there again. And I just want to warn others. Just a waste of 45.00.
Well, I can be a creature of habit when it comes to my nails!! However, I am so glad I tried Bella Nails on Hwy 87 near Food Lion, my pedicure was awesome. The atmosphere was relaxing, the chairs super comfy and the place was clean. The guy that I had was so sweet and attentive to my request. My leg was bruised from a recent accident I had with our pool drain and he made sure he was gentle on my shin. I would recommend this location.
he owner overcharged. I requested a $30 pedicure and a $30 basic nails. When I went to pay, he charged me an additional five dollars because my nails were longer than what they were supposed to be for the $30. when I told him I requested the $30 manicure, he said that the guy didn't understand English so that is why he made my nails longer. Anything to overcharge people. So ITS MY FAULT. I will never return there. It's not the money, it's the way he rips people off. Bet you I will call my Credit card tomorrow AND dispute the extra five dollars. NO WONDER PLACE WAS EMPTY! Run! Go to place in Legion Road.
Worst nail shop in NC. Went there for pedicure. It was the worst one I ever had. The polish never dried. I think the person got the remover mixed up with quick dry. Stayed extra thirty min still pain never dried. There's a reason there's never anyone there
I don't understand why this nail shop has negative reviews. I moved to the area a little over a year ago and went to several other nail shops before I am came to Bella Nails. By far one of my favorites.
