Very dirty, old food, bad smell, dirty toys, disorganized and my sons' hair was wrecked. I took them both to another place to correct the embarrassing haircuts they got as soon as we left. We had appointments and still waited half an hour for garbage cuts and itchy kids covered in hair (their own and others). This is the only business review I have ever made.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I don't know why I continue to take my child back here. He is 3 and was very wiggly today. There was zero patience (we were the only people there at the time) and she was incredibly rough with him despite me saying we could be done or stop. She ended up nicking him behind the ear twice and he was screaming to stop hurting his body. They were more concerned about ordering lunch quickly. Incredibly unprofessional. I think I left a good tip too in my rush to get out. A huge mistake.
We love Qcuts! The staff is always friendly, quick and style both of my children's hair perfectly. Sometimes there is a little wait but there's games and toys for kids to play and places for parents to sit while waiting.
Last time I brought my child in they refused to cut his hair because he could not sit still. He has sensory issues. I came here because our other salon was booked up, and the other salon never refuses instead tries their best. It was very inconvenient.
Stevie did a wonderful job on my toddlers first haircut, unfortunately I won't return here again due to a worker confronting me after I was having a conversation with my dad about one of the rude staff. Not very professional of her and it was rude to ignore a customer standing up front. It made me uncomfortable as they continued to look at me the entire time my son was getting his haircut.
