This place is awful when you walk in they don't even talk to you just let you sit and act like you're not even there and will take the next person that comes after you with no appointment don't have time for this bs not a way to fun a business will never go back

I went in there yesterday to get my nails done for prom. It was 4:30, and there were two nail techs in there- one was doing a pedicure and one was sitting at her station with no customer. She explains to me that she has an appointment at 5:00 & she will get my nails done before her appointment gets there. She starts FILING my nails and gets HALF WAY done when her appointment walks in 20 minutes early and she tells me to GET UP and come back in an hour. This is extremely unprofessional because when you are giving your services to someone, you never do it half way and tell them to get up. She was also extremely rude, do not recommend to anyone ever.

Rude service. Rushed jobs. Mocking and complaining of customers. 4 days later and my acrylics are chipping off!!! Paint job on nails are half assed and the design looks nothing like I wanted. Like a 5 year old drew it. She didn't seem to like my tip so I guess that's why she was so careless. They should let you pay at the end so they can work for the tip not decide how well they'll do it. I tipped about 25%! They did not give me a receipt as I paid in cash and they still charged me the credit card price so I can't even go back and have them fix it!

Terrible experience here- very unprofessional and overall awful quality. I already didn't have a good experience at the salon; halfway through, when I voiced my concern that the glitter didn't fade/look like ombré, she said she couldn't even do ombré. So weird! She tried to comply though and made it a little better. A week later, they got super brown and nasty on the ends for no reason whatsoever. Would not recommend!

Take forever to get you in after they 15 or 20 minutes sat for over an hour and got skipped over 3 times by ladies I watched sign in after me.
