Very bad service they told me the waiting time is 35  min and I wait 1 hour. you guy just be honest with the waiting time don't lie

staffs nice and started working on my nails immediately. no masks required while workers wear mask expect they don't sanitize nail stations, tools, or seats between customers which grossed me out even without covid. i showed the guy the shape i wanted and he got close enough to it but not quiet right which was okay because i like the shape he accidentally gave me more than the one shown. acrylics looked nice and was pleased with results. although the male was pretty rough on my hands and cut me/filed into my skin multiple times but the woman was extremely nice and gentle

I called pro nails Saturday and asked how much the nails I wanted would cost down to color,shape everything The person I talked to told me it would be $25 so I went to pro nails Saturday about 2:30 p.m. in poplar bluff mo. to get them done for my baby shower SHE CHARGED ME $40.And wen I say I'm furious I'M FURIOUS, the first thing is the lady was so rough wit the finger nail file she pealed skin off my pinky finger an made it raw my fingers r so soar the second thing is she made my pinky nail crooked. I ddnt pay 40 $ for crooked  nails the third thing is the woman did a horrible job like she didn't care ab how it looked the third thing is they r so thick which is uncalled for‼ the forth thing is tht the tips r all jagged an uneven  I paid $40 and I'm walking around like this DO NOT WASTE YUR MONEY AT PRO NAILS IN PB MOmy mom tried to tell the lady and she wasn't hearing it so I will be talking to the manager come Tuesday I want them fixed and I want my money back. I'll never go back there again. I  need to post pictures of my nails to warn ppl about this place.

I would pass on this salon next time. We came in at opening time last Sunday. While picking out my pedicure nail polish the person helping me kept telling me to sit down. I kept saying I don't have a polish picked out yet, she ignored that for whatever reason. I thought ok, well maybe she has a different plan, so i sat without a color. She later asks me wheres my color and I pointed and said i didn't get to pick because I was told to sit down. She picks out three and I pick because I don't want to be an inconvenience because she seemed irritated and I still had a manicure to get done and wanted to have a happy person helping me. Your battles, must choose them well, Ya Know.... I digress...

Luckily I had a gel color picked out and the manicure went well. However, seven days later my gel manicure is already peeling on the cuticle.I really don't appreciate spending extra money that falls apart in the same time as standard polish... Maybe old product or rushed service or maybe this week has been harsher on my hands but whatever the cause I plan to pick a different place when visiting my sister in the future.
