I've been going to ProNails for years. I have never been disappointed! Their pedicures are excellent as are their manicures. Rachel, Julie and Sophie are all careful and meticulous about their services. The place is immaculate! Highly recommend!

Went in for a pedicure because I was suppose to pick up food and this location was closest to where I needed to go. The pedicure was the worst I ever had. The tech didn't scrub my feet the right way with the pumice stone which by the way looked like a small piece that she got at the dollar store. It wasn't Mr. Pumice which is what ALL the nail places use. She didn't clean the sides of the nail beds well to get the buildup of dead skin. Also she said it would be an extra $5 for the razor which takes off the excess calluses. So she expected me to pay a total of $30 for a $2 job. I left the nail salon with white rough calluses all over my heels. It looked like I didn't get a pedicure at all. Also her polishing technique left polish on my skin as well. What type of place is this? I cannot get over the up charge for the razor. It is just is preposterous. Shut this place down and please stop posting fake reviews on google about how wonderful it is. They are terrible and charge more than all the other nail places.

Today I was in the mood for a gel manicure. I work in Haddonfield, as a hair dresser and generally go to the nail salons in that area. However, I live right in Atco and was looking for convenience. I will say that I was taken quickly and my nail tech was genial. I asked for a gel "manicure". The nail salon's I generally go to I get the "manicure" first. This particular salon did not give true manicures with the gel technique. The price was also excessive. In general my cost is $22.00 for a gel manicure. Again these are prices that I pay in Haddonfield. That price gives me a true manicure and the gell over natural nails. My main concern is that the gell nails will lift in a day or two. the product was put too close to my cuticle and the tech did not take care of my nail bed in the proper way. All that said, I have learned a lesson, don't expect too much technical skill from this nail salon. For $35.00 I expected an awesome hand massage/ tech skill. In the future I will drive the 20 miles, even on my days off, for true manicure at a much more reasonable price.
