If I could rate this place with ZERO STARS I would. These people are extremely rude and lazy. I walk in to the shop and there was not one person in there. When the lady finally came out of her office she was not friendly at all and seemed to be annoyed that I came in there, mind you they are listed as open until 8pm and it was only 5:35pm. I told her I knew what I wanted and showed her a picture. She immediately said she couldn't do it after barely looking at the picture. I told her she can just do something similar and she then pulls out a bunch of designed nails for me to pick through. mind you I already began showing her three other reference pictures. Then some random man starts yelling at me from a back room saying they can't do it and for me to get out. I'm going to try to attach the pictures I showed them
Very happy with my gel manicure, I'm interested to see how long it'll last. Overall I felt like the process was slightly rushed but the results weren't terrible so I'm going to spin it as "efficient." My mother did a full set of acrylics and I thought the shaping and length was perfect! My daughter did a regular manicure and she was nervous about the cuticle clipping but the technician was very gentle and checked in with her multiple times which was so compassionate. My sister did pink gel and they look good. Upon further inspection my mother's nails are a bit chunky/lumpy, not smooth or even and she wants to find a place to fix them tomorrow :(
I love this nail salon so much! Great work, kind people, and they don't overbook the salon, which during a pandemic is everything!
The staff here was friendly,welcoming, and seem to be personable. I was waiting for one nail salon to open that did not open up at correct time. I called Princess Nail & Spa and they were available to take me as a walk in within minutes. I wasn't sure if they would do a good job and they did a great job! Quang (not sure if spelled correctly) did not push or offer other things I didn't want done or needed. He asked me as a customer what I wanted done. Staff was welcoming and professional even when interacting on the phone with customers and with other in person guest.
