Daily is a true artist and a sweetheart! I have been dying my hair for years. I had a thick demarcation band, plus a lot of areas that weren't getting enough coverage. My hair was a mess of dark 4NN and 5NN. Daily was excited to take on the challenge of transforming my hair into shades that were warm and summery. Daily took the time to understand what I was looking for and was quite knowledgeable about what it would take to break through the color safely. She was meticulous about checking and rechecking the processing time to get the colors where she wanted them. Daily is also a really sweet and lovely person. She was a delight to chat with. If you are looking for a change, she's the one you want.

My favorite salon! Daily is incredibly talented, and is such a sweetheart. I look forward to catching up with her every visit! The salon is beautiful, consultation and price agreement is performed, and they offer you tea, coffee, or water and provide chocolates and snacks to clients! Front desk staff is very kind, welcoming, and accommodating! Just a few doors down from the salon, they have a parking garage with free parking! I can't wait to return for my next appointment!

The Stylists are very good but the leadership and business practices are just ridiculous. I followed my stylist to Priel, I schedule every 4 to 5 weeks color, highlights, cut, conditioning and blowout. I needed to cancel an appointment, a week prior to the appointment I called to cancel. I tried to reschedule online was informed they would call me. When they called, I was driving, we rescheduled and then was told then needed 50% deposit. I asked why was told "I don't know the systems says so". When I explained I was driving was told "They can't schedule the appointment without the deposit. Warm welcoming business practices - NO. I will not be back.

I have been going to Cynthia for 10 years and I refuse to go anywhere else! I used to go to her salon in Citrus Park and now go to her newer salon in Downtown Tampa. First off, the salon is absolutely stunning, the products they use--Kerastase-- are the best out there, and the entire staff from the front desk to the newest employee make you feel like family. Cynthia has created an atmosphere of happiness and dedication that shines through to her clients. On top of that, Cynthia truly does the most beautiful balayage I have ever seen! She is so truly talented that all of her work is absolutely stunning. I have changed my color & style throughout the years but everywhere I go I am complimented and asked where I get my hair done! I have referred probably 20 people to Cynthia - and I am happy to because I know they will love the final product after Cynthia does her magic! "You get what you pay for" and Cynthia and her staff are well trained to get your hair how you want it without killing it! I can't say enough good things about Cynthia, her talented work, her salon, and her employees especially Rachel. Rachel is extremely talented and creates beautiful hair just like Cynthia. Highly recommend!!
