Worst manicure ever. I just moved here and needed my nails done so off MANY recommendations I went to go to the larger Pretty Nails location but my GPS brought me to this place. I noticed it's in a VERY sketchy shopping plaza, I know, my fault, I should've left but I was already there and figured why not. The guy Thanh who did my nails did not do what I asked, instead he filed them too short and put the gel on too thick and the polish is so obviously clumpy you can see and feel it. I was spoken to very rudely and was too intimidated to push the matter too far. Now I have a HORROR SHOW on my nails and am going to the other location tomorrow to get it fixed. Now I'm out what I paid today and will have to pay tomorrow. NEVER GO HERE. SERIOUSLY. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED
I went in and asked if they could complete my nails like the picture I brought in, they said yes. I paid $60 for a full set with gel. While doing my nails the guys wouldn't listen to what I was saying when I told him I didn't want the length he gave me or the shape, he also messed up 2 of my nails and when asked me if there was something wrong to Let him know so he could fix it before painting and when I did this man told me he was done and grabbed the clippers and tried to cut my nails off and told me to go somewhere else because I was "bitching". I pulled my hands back and said "you can't do that" his response was "I don't trust your money" he didn't even know what payment option I was using and he said he wasn't finishing my nails and he said the lady could or I could leave. So the lady did but she was being rude and aggressive too. I paid with card and got a receipt. He literally got so mad at me he had to go outside and take a walk. Not to mention while he was being very rude to me he had other customers come up and look at my nails to see if he messed up but they didn't say anything at all. It was the most embarrassing thing in the world. I am only 19 years old who goes to Walmart to get my nails done because they were only $25 I thought I would splurge on myself for the first time in years, and was very Mistreated! The price was no problem it was just the very bad customer service. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! 0/10
The guy who did my nails did awful! He messed up two of them and refused to fix them and he stopped in the middle of doing my friend's nails to get on his phone. He was watching a movie all throughout doing mine and he wasn't trying to do his best work or take his time with mine. Julie however did wonderful with my friend's nails!

Very clean store. went in at 6:00...they closed at 7:30...not enough seating while you wait. A customer had brought in 6 of her friends/kids and they took up all the customer seating and didnt attempt to move. There were about 6 pedicure chairs and almost 15 nail stations with only two people working on a friday night. The female was very nice but i got stuck with the grouchy man. i told him i wanted gel polish...he gave me the other. Average job at painting and filling them in. only 18 dollars for a fill in. This place is okay if you dont have a lot of money to spend for your fill in or if youre close to it. But, next time i need a fill in...i probably wont return to this location.
