Only giving two stars instead of one bc the area is fabulous. Service is terrible! Woman at front desk is too busy on her phone to acknowledge you, and my stylist was always at least 20 min late. I gave more than one chance but after this last time when she didn't even show up I'm done. Styling wasn't even all that great.

Neat Sothy-Sullivan is a rock star! I have been trying to gracefully embrace my graying hair for awhile and this was my first time seeing Neat (or having my hair cut at PR Partners). Neat added highlights and lowlights that gives my gray dimension and shimmer, making me look years younger! She topped it off with a chic haircut. She spent time getting to know what I wanted and talked me through the process. This was also my first time visiting PR Partners and I was really impressed with the facility. The hair washing chair was actually comfortable and designed so it didn't strain my neck. The hair dryer was a spa quality infrared dryer that dried without pushing heat at me. I definitely see why the PR Partners Shirlington location gets top reviews.
I would trust anyone at this salon just given the fact that Marlene is the owner! My 2 best friends, myself, and my mom all go to Marlene for our blonde needs. We also trust Eddie with our lives given the fact that he was Marlene's assistant before becoming an independent stylist- they both do an incredible job. Marlene has taken me from bleach blonde, to bronde in the cooler months, back to blond multiple times and always slays! All the stylists there are truly educated, everyone is so friendly, they've bagged a client for life with me!
Went to the Shirlington location down the street from my apartment. I had gotten my hair trimmed and cut 2 weeks prior at a different salon, I had asked for volume layers to be exact but was given a blunt ends with no layers, frustrated so I went to PR and booked a slot with Andre. I explained to him what I wanted, he delivered while keeping the length. It was $76 to book with Andre for a "designer haircut" (online), you can tip with Venmo or cash. Would definitely come back for future hair needs with Andre.
