I have been going here for years and love the service. The staff is very kind and they all remember your name and details about you (ask how your mom or sister is doing etc). They give great massages with their pedicures. I have been many places in Cary and Holly Springs but this is by far my favorite. Very clean.
I'm a regular here and never wanna go anywhere else! They're kind and knowledgeable. I'm always taken care of and leave with the most beautiful nails.
My daughter & I have been coming to "Polished " for almost two years. We call for an appointment a few days before & have never had a problem waiting. If we did, we would not mind because the ambience of the place is somewhere you don't mind waiting. How about just closing your eyes and enjoy the relaxing soft JAZZ in the background, beautiful flower prints on the wall, a wonderful staff, a clean restroom, and the best pedicure one can only wish for. ( The Ultimate ) Add to that the massage chair's, easy parking, A Harris Teeter in case there's something you need before heading home.
Oh YES there's more. It's clean & the staff are personable. We moved from California, so are not that easy to please. We are grateful !

i've been here multiple times and I had maybe one good experience. The first time you go they get you in on time and they do good and then the next times you go they get you in late I had an appointment at 2:30 and I got in at 3:00. they don't have a good staff and whoever is the manager doesn't know how to manage a nail salon. I was getting multiple colors done and they picked out purple instead of blue which is what I asked for they have cut me many times they don't do the right shape. I get acrylics done here and when they do it, the gel gets all over my fingers. my friend got gel nails and they're see-through and have air bubbles in. you HAVE to make an appointment, because if you don't the wait for "walk-ins" are 2+ hours. even when you do make an appointment you still have to wait, even if you come on the time they told you to.
in conclusion you should not come here without an appointment and even if you do have an appointment be prepared for a long wait. also only pick out one color and do not do a multiple color ones or else they will get confused and pick out the wrong colors.
