Polish Nail Bar in Riverton, UT

Acrylic nails, love the color, good length not too chunky. Thank you sir for the nails! Yup, guy did my nails . Also nice and clean location.

The best nail tech ever is Mai Le. She listens to what I like and takes my opinion on my own nails seriously! (Other techs over the years think they know my nails better than me.) Mai is fast and even massages my hands and arms afterwards. She's fun and so sweet!!
The other best tech is Nina. My daughter loves her and she does such a great job on all the designs my daughter comes up with!
The only negatives about The Nail Polish Bar are the chairs and the counter tops. The chairs have very little seats and are a high top style, so short legs just hang and aren't comfortable at all. (They're also very squeaky!) The counter tops are quite wide so the customer has to reach way across the counter for the tech to reach. But I guess that goes with the "bar" theme in the name.
The salon is beautiful with nice music that isn't too quiet or too loud. And I love being able to book online!

Super clean!! By far the best nail salon I have been to in Utah. Nina did my nails and I loved her. She's super nice and super gentle. Everyone is super attentive to make sure you have a great experience. I will definitely be coming back! :)

Looks nice but service is rushed and for no reason cuz there were 4 techs there doing nothing and no one came in afterwards. Super expensive for less than average service. I paid $90 for a pedicure and gel manicure. Paint job not great, cuticle cut not great, service even worse. My tech seemed to hate his job. Barely used any lotion, did it wash my hands before polish, just a horrible nail experience.

I've come to this location several times and today was extremely disgusting. I scheduled an appointment yesterday on 6/14  with Helen for 5:30pm. The young man sat me down and started the water. Helen literally by passed me for 30 minutes and took another client. When I finally asked if she would do my nails while  mentioning that I was sitting there for 30 minutes, she said that she would not do my nails and ignored me.

As the only Black person in the salon I felt discriminated against and extremely embarrassed. I've never in my 37 years felt so humiliated.

I scheduled an appointment and drove all the way to the location just to be disrespected. I'm extremely disappointed and embarrassed at how she treated me.

Also, none of the techs offered to step in. No one offered to help. The woman that she ignored me for and attempted to do her  and her daughters nails was in shock and said she didn't want her to do her nails and left after apologizing to me. I am literally in my car crying because of how Helen treated me.

Lastly, I've spent $100's at this location. I'm extremely upset and disappointed at how I was treated today.
