After several attempts in the area to get a quality mani/pedi I finally found it! They got me right in...& did a great job. There was attention to detail & they actually set a timer for the 10 minute massage.

Unless you are lucky enough to get the right person, you will be disappointed. The workers change over so often, it's hard to find one that does a good job that you can return to. Last pedicure was the worst. Pooling paint, horrible massage that I paid more for, very little callus removal (that I paid more for). Ended up going home and having my daughter repaint my toes. So many workers sitting on their phone for the entire time I was there. I feel they'd rather look at their phone than do the job. There are also issues with communicating what you want with the technicians as English is not most of their first language. My tech had airpods in his ears so he was screaming his conversations to his coworkers to the point my stomach was twisted up. Just not a good place to go. Try somewhere else.

Went in for a gel manicure end of May 2022 & back for the removal in June. Both of these were shockingly horrible experiences... In May I had a 9am appointment--when I went in there was one employee for both me and another woman who also had a 9am appointment. The woman waited for 25 minutes (even though she was told someone will be here in 10min) and started to leave which then the employee jumped up from working on my nails to chase this woman to the door literally begging her to wait/not to leave. It was very uncomfortable but it got so. much. worse. The late employee finally showed up which then erupted a series of yelling angry conversations that were off and on again the entire time I was there. The woman working on my nails was yelling and got so into her argument at a point that she threw her hands up and accidentally threw the nail polish brush! The gel manicure looked fine despite all the fighting but I was extremely uncomfortable. I denied the massage that comes with the manicure but she insisted so I reluctantly gave in figuring maybe it will help since I was feeling stressed. Horrible idea. She started yelling at her coworker while standing right over my head giving me a "massage"! The massage started to hurt as she got angrier. She scoffed and grabbed my shoulders really hard at the same time. The night of the gel manicure there was already a chip on my thumb nail which turned into more than half the gel peeled up by the next morning. Horrible quality gel manicure. The WORST was when I went back for a gel removal. I asked for a removal and another gel manicure. I was rushed to pick my color. The nail tech used a drill with a metal tip and I noticed she was pretty aggressive with it, but figured she knew what she was doing. Nope! 5 minutes later she started painfully pushing on my pinky nail, my nails are very long for natural, she kept pushing so hard she broke my nail!!! It hurt and bled. She said sorry, I will cut them all short. Great.... I told her I didn't want a gel manicure anymore, just the removal. HER ATTITUDE TOTALLY CHANGED! This is when she said "your nails are weak." I couldn't believe what I was hearing...was she actually trying to blame her mistake on me? I asked her what and yup, she again said the same thing. That really made me mad because she was the one who had weakened my nails using the drill so irresponsibly, plus it was just over the top unprofessionalism (which this salon seems to exude.) Please look at my pictures for proof. You can clearly see many horizontal cuts obviously caused by the drill during gel removal. I was still charged full price for the gel removal. The employee had a really bad attitude the whole time after I didn't want the gel manicure. I was so caught off by the whole thing and her rudeness that I just paid to get out of there but I wish I didn't. I got home and really didn't feel right about paying for the terrible service I just received--called them and they denied knowing anything about what I was talking about, and said I'd have to come back in. I told them it's been 15 minutes since I left you can talk to the nail tech but they refused to even try. I wasn't driving back without confirmation of a refund. I told them I'd text them a picture of my bloody nail for proof to see if they'd refund me if I came in, but they did not accept, to which I told them I'd be writing them a proper review.

Went to get my first pedicure of the season. I've been to Pink Lady many times. First noticed the guy doing the pedicure was being "coached" by another gal doing a pedicure next to me. He was obviously new. Very unhappy with the scalding hot water I stuck my feet into and the lack of attention and time on my feet. Didn't use callous remover (paid for it), spent seconds removing the dead skin buildup from winter, my 15 minute massage (paid extra for a longer massage) felt like 15 minutes of rubbing lotion onto my legs--no massaging at all, and the paint job looked like a child did it. It took longer for him to ask me if it was okay to massage my neck (while my paint dried--something I always enjoy about Pink Lady--) than the massage. Literally 10 seconds. Done. Had to go home and take the polish off it was so poorly done. Sadly, I will never return. I always feel like the workers rush through the service, and often there are people waiting so it's kind of understandable, but there was no one waiting today.
