Was not welcomed when I arrived. The lady doing nails was gossiping with her daughter which is kind of normal. Not appropriate but that's not the problem. The man who was doing the lady beside me feet burned her toenail with the grinder. While he was doing my nails he burned mine with it as well. After doing my feet I tell him I want just gel polish on my natural nails. He tells me it's $90 for mani & pedi & then makes me pay before my nails are even done. Sketchy. They don't have chrome powder. None. I asked for unicorn chrome powder which is very popular they didn't even look for any they just told me no. I will add pictures of my poorly done toe nails as well. I will NOT be back. This post was on Sunday I got them done on Friday.

Owner is so RUDE ! I had second hand embarrassment from other customers getting their nails done. I scratched my name off of the list and left.

The service is very poor and the people are very rude. I won't be back to this establishment again. I'm not sure how they are still in business.

If they had less stars, I would give them less!
After waiting for an hour to get my nails done, they tell me that they are not doing manicures or pedicures anymore for the day and send me out.
Instead of just apologizing, she said that I had only been there for 15 mins. This is on top of their already ridiculous prices and terrible attitudes.
They charge an insane amount extra for gel on top of the price of the service. The same services I pay $80 for would've cost me $120 here.
Do yourself a favor and save your money. Go to #1 Nail and ask for Hannah. This place is seriously garbage
