I love this place. It is always a relaxing time to pamper myself. My nails always come out great and when I get it, Kevin does a fabulous job with any artwork.

Went in for a pedicure expecting to pay $30 price posted on their website. Instead I was charged $35. Owner only made excuses for his website being inaccurate. I will not be returning.

I've absolutely loved coming here over the last half a year and have found my spot. From someone who didn't really enjoy the process of getting manicures or pedicures, Park Nails has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere that I now look forward to my visits. Coming from another nail salon where things were a bit rushed and messy, Kevin and the team here are so meticulous and I know I am getting my money's worth. I visit Kevin for UV gel fills that somehow look good even at three weeks. Gina is also lovely and does beautiful work with pedicures and powder gel manicures. They have a wonderful selection of neutral nail colors which I love. My photo attached only has a clear gel coat over UV gel and with so much attention paid at each point in the process, I think they look great even without a color. Stop by here and you won't regret it but make sure you have an appointment because they do get booked. They always honor them and I've never waited! Thank you Kevin & team at Park Ave.

I will definitely start off by saying there are very friendly technicians. I did not like the prices were are great deal more in the salon on the website. Ex. Manicure and pedicure on the website said $40 and we paid $50. Along with $38 extra for the gel manicure. Prior salons charge extra for the gel ofcourse but the manicure was included in the price.

Everyone loves Park Nails, except for me. I've had too many bad experiences here. I'll take you back to March 2021. They have a sign on their door that says please wear a mask. I was thrilled they had this because this isn't an in and out stop, you're committed to at least an hour in here in close quarters with other people. There was a woman next to me in the pedicure chair not wearing a mask and knowing I would be there for a while I asked her to put a mask on. I really don't care. If you're the only person in the entire salon not wearing one, there's a problem. She was so sweet and immediately threw one on. However, when she was going to pay, the owner of this nail salon apologized to her that I had asked her to put a mask on and offered her free service. I was humiliated. You have a sign on your door that says everyone must wear a mask, all the employees are wearing masks and then when I politely ask her to put one on you give her free service? I couldn't believe it. It was as if I was in the wrong while I was actually following their policies. Like I said, embarrassing. This nail salon charges exponentially more than others in the area. I was in last Wednesday for a gel manicure, they charge $40 for this. I had powder gel on when I arrived so they had to remove that first. They charged me an additional $10 for removing the powder gel without telling me they would do that. NO other salon charges you to have gel removed if you're going there to get another gel manicure, which I was. Their gel color selection is awful, their powder gel color selection is worse. And yet, they charge much much more than other salons in the area. For what? The horrible classical music playing on repeat? The nail equipment that they use on you and throw back into the same box they'll use on the next client? No sterilization, no cleaning, I was completely grossed out. They use the same pink reusable nail clips for each client without washing in between clients. They use the same nail clippers and buffers from client to client, I watched it first hand. My gel manicure is chipping and it's been 5 days. I don't know why people love this salon but for the price, they should clean their equipment and a gel manicure should last for a minimum of 2 weeks. Will not be back.
