older woman answering phone on the days they ACTUALLY open never confirmed my appointment and gave it away to someone else. I called twice to confirm the appointment without a response. the day of the appointment she calls me to tell me it was my fault and that they are a very busy salon . they should not be in business and if it weren't for the fact that there are maybe two salons on Montauk they would've been out of business by now. we were out in Montauk celebrating my daughters sweet 16 and ended up having to do her hair and makeup ourselves! book your appointments and drive to another town even if it takes you half an hour! do not give this salon your business or your money! absolutely awful person!

Luli did such an incredible job on my nails. I just got back from 8 weeks in Alaska and you can only imagine how my nails were looking. In an hour and a half (took her time), she transformed my nails from horrific to beautiful. 10/10 recommend.
Loooooove my mani & pedi. After months being inside, I was so happy Pamela's was open. And very safe. They are wearing masks and have shield barriers.

This did me no good because I had wanted to book an appointment on the day that I called. It is also worth mentioning that the business hours listed on Yelp are nor accurate.
