Didn't plan to tell me that the bed I was waiting for malfunctioned. When I finally asked why I was waiting so long they finally told me the bed I was waiting on overheated (which is sus in the first place). Then they told me I could be placed in a bed in 2 minutes. 2 minutes go by and they realized that they told another girl she could go in that bed and essentially made us rock paper scissor for it??? Like she obviously went before me because it's not her fault, it's the workers. Been waiting now for 30 minutes as I am writing this.
I pay for the highest membership they offer and am constantly waiting to go into a bed. I also arrive one night fifteen minutes before closing to tan, time enough to get out of the bed and for them to clean it, and the manager so rudely told me I had to leave because her beds were full. I saw down the hallway where over half of the rooms were open. Even if they weren't, an establishment should allow you to tan fifteen minutes before close. I am not impressed by management. Other workers are very amicable.
Id like to throw out there that I'm not typically one to write reviews but this time I couldn't help it. I've been to my share of ultra tans in the past which were decent, but this place has the rudest staff I've ever encountered. When we arrived to tan, THREE staff members (including who I believe was the manager or owner) were more concerned with a wrong number than attending to their customers. We were the only ones there and waited for over 10 minutes just to be treated like absolute crap. They acted like acknowledging our presence was a inconvenience. We decided to go across the street to the bronze tiger. I don't know if the beds are any better but the environment sure is.
