First and last experience I had at OC Nails. Worst manicure I've ever had. It looks cheap and dingy inside but is next door to my daughters Jiu Jitsu lessons, so popped in for a mani. I had a dip manicure and they didn't soak my hands or trim my cuticles at all, just used the drill to get them off. They looked jagged and torn, and when I mentioned it the lady, who I'm pretty sure is the owner, put some oil on my cuticles and said it would be better. It wasn't. I usually get gel, but I was headed on vacation and she said the dip was better, and it never chipped, so I agreed. They chipped within 48 hours. I wasn't doing dishes or in water or doing anything that would have contributed to them chipping. There was also some of the dip powder that had gotten on the side of my nail and because my cuticles were already jagged, it tore. I ended up having them removed on my trip. I stopped in less than a week later and showed them the pictures of the chip, and asked for a refund and they offered to fix them. I said I didn't want them fixed, I already had them redone, and she said that they don't offer refunds and they don't soak or clean up your cuticles with a dip manicure. Don't waste your money for an unsanitary manicure and surly staff, there are plenty of other nail salons in Clackamas and Happy Valley.
