Abi is amazing. She takes the time to know exactly what you want and then produces excellent results. She's a very talented colorist. The place is very modern with lots of beverages and amenities if you so desire. Parking is on the street and I always get a spot right out front.
Unfortunately I had to give a star. I have never in my life experienced the rudeness of an owner of a business to a customer in my life. Erica the owner has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. She makes you feel so uncomfortable, and her condescending remarks made me so uncomfortable and upset, that I wouldn't let her cut my dogs hair. You're suppose to walk into a salon and feel warm, welcomed, and happy. I left so angry, belittled, and ugly. Please please think twice before going here. You will regret it!
Best salon around! The space is beautiful and all the stylists are insanely sweet and talented. David is the king of the calligraphy cut! Seriously, don't get your hair done anywhere else.
My appointment was delayed due to another customer. I would understand if it was a few minutes or if she was finishing up with the customer but the customer was just seated with wet hair and still needed a haircut and style. I felt like my time was disrespected. I will not be returning to this salon.
