I got exactly what I asked for and the overall service was nice. the lady that did my nails was so kind and talkative and told me everything she was doing and helped me to pick color. one of the better manicures ive had. the pedicure was also fantastic and although he didn't talk at all he did a fabulous job at the pedicure. my feet feel great. I had never been here before but I feel the place was clean, newly remodeled and comfortable. the staff were nice. will go again.
The guy a small older man, started off by shoving the nail clippers to far down my toe nails. Looked like he was in a rush and was handling me so rough. They were already short as is. He just had to even them out, then he starts scrubbing and he is literally scrubbing the top of my foot. Like i was in pain, I told them hey can you scrub the bottom not the top. I felt like that's when they started being so rude to me. Should I just keep quiet while he scrubs the soft thin skin on the top of my foot? I asked if they can clean/ cut the corners of my toes like sometimes stuff gets in there and she the girl next to him translating suggested I go see a doctor lol. Never had that one before. The lady was doing my friend beside me and she was just being so rude as well. Like the way she was talking to us. Like we are literally here giving you business, the prices aren't cheap and we're getting treated so badly. I just will never be back after the treatment I received and the quality of the nail job was terrible.
The whole experience was so bad, idk how they have good reviews. I talked to a lady on the way out, she said they recently got a new owner. They use to be good and very friendly. She talked about how she developed a friendship with the nail techs and they were all so nice. Did a great job, maybe that's why they have good reviews ?? lol
Cathy took great care of me. Enjoyed the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. The shop was clean and staff were well dressed and friendly!
I think they have been sold? It looks a bit disheveled all of the colors you normally pick from are gone and they raised the prices even tho the prices are listed on the wall are wrong??Not a bad mani/pedi but what the heck. Gel pedicure is 55 now where all places are 45 and their sign says 45. The pedicure had a lukewarm towel when they used to have the best pedicures. Sad to see all the changes
