Nails and pedicure OK. When I got home I looked at my receipt which had a 3.5% service charge that also I ended tipping 20% on. NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT A SERVICE CHARFE OR THAT THEY WERE TAKING A TIP ON THAT ALSO.
One nail broke and I went in for a repair. The girl who was assigned to me did not even look at the length of my other nail and made it very short and was snotty the entire time. She wanted to make sure also I knew the broken one was MY fault.

I really wanted to like this place, it's conveniently located and I've had a difficult time finding a quality nail salon. The people were really friendly and their work appeared to be good quality - but after just a few days all the gel polish fell off my toes! I was on vacation in the wilderness without service for 2 weeks so no way to get a hold of them for a redo. Disappointing.
