Was able to walk in with no appointment and was asked what service I required. I asked for a full set and pedicure. I was told where to sit and given a note book and chain of nails of various colors. This process made it easy to find what you want. Once I picked out my colors, my nail tech came and set me up for my pedicure. He was gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. Once he was done, he escorted me to a table to start my full set. Again he was gentle during my manicure. As he started to paint my nails, there was a mix up of the color choice, but they corrected it right away. Once he finished I loved the color that I chose. But I felt he rushed me when I wanted design, but I changed my mind, since there was a crowd growing of guests. This location came recommended by a coworker.

Wow what an experience! I never write reviews but DO NOT GO HERE. My experience went fine with my male tech, but my husband was a completely different story. He had what might have seemed like an ingrown toe nail, and the lady proceeded to pull it out with equipment that was NOT sanitized! After he said repeatedly to stop because he was in so much pain, she yanked it out and THEN POURED ALCOHOL ON HIS TOE! He then bite down on his hand being in so much pain and she kept going forward as if everything was okay. She started pouring numbing solution and then questionable little bottles of substances on the OPEN WOUND AREA! We finish up because I told her to just stop and that we were leaving, I get to the front register and I asked if there were still going to charge the full amount, the guy ignores my questions and proceeds to charge FULL AMOUNTS FOR BOTH! Mine I could see, but my husband?!! After butchering his toe you couldn't at least given a discount ?!!! Or maybe idk AN APOLOGY?! Not to mention all of the obvious trash talking going on about my husbands toe. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER SEEN. Wouldn't be surprised if they get shut down for unsanitary practices and injuries. Already submitted a report to the BBB. I WILL BE WRITING ANOTHER REVIEW IF AN INFECTION RESULTS FROM THIS!
