This place is amazing. I've came here only twice, since I am not one to spend money on things that I don't really need. Both times that I have walked in, I was greeted almost immediately with great service. The woman who has done my nails both times, I cannot name her because I never received her name, has done great and spent her time.
Although, theres a few reasons why I am reviewing four stars instead of five. The first time I went in, my skin above the cuticle bled and she never acknowledged it or apologized for being so harsh on it. My sister went with me and agreed that they are HARSH with your nails. The second time that I went in, the skin above my cuticle started to bleed again, this time she got some cotton (wasn't a cotton ball, but just loose cotton) and she dabbed it, claiming I had sensitive fingers and laughing while saying it.
My second visit, both of my pointer finger nails were shaped incredibly odd, she definitely realized but didn't take the time to fix them.
I wasn't offended by the comment of having "sensitive fingers", but I'm just curious on if I will bleed everytime I go. Just a warning, THEY ARE HARSH! I felt like my fingers were sore after leaving both times. Might want to bring a few bandages!
Need a cleaning, folks kept bringing in food to eat. Manicure and pedicure were terrible
This place is nasty! Today I witnessed them reusing the same tools on different feet including the cheese grater! They even reused the bowl liners! They are a shady outfit. I left as quick as I could before they started on me! Do not go to this place unless you want to gamble on a terrible fungus or infection!
My technician put a blue sanding sponge back in the drawer of unused sponges! Toe nails we're all uneven and look like crap.
Once again, I had a great experience. Mimi is awesome!! This is my only nail place. All of the nail technicians are wonderful. Thanks, NC NAILS!
