I've had 3 visits now, different services and different times of day. Every experience was positive. Not a lot of conversation which is fine. They are quick, never crowded, the environment is much calmer and cleaner then another popular nail salon in town, and they've done an excellent job on my nails every time.

The lady boss(maybe) decided to add on a $17 tip for herself using my debit card. I was still getting my nails painted and she kept pushing to get the payment while I was getting my nails done, so my grandma gave her my card to pay for our nails, during this time she turned her back and had me sign a receipt but like I said I wasn't paying attention because I was getting my mails under the UV Light. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB and I will be calling them on Monday to let them know.

I came on a Saturday, and they weren't that busy; I was able to be seated within 10 minutes. I came to get my acrylic nails soaked off because I didn't want to damage my nails by taking them off myself. Nick was okay; the female worker with no name on her shirt is horrible. Nick and her alternated my soak off. She became impatient with my soak off and proceeded to rip one of my nails off the rest of the way, making my nailbed bleed. They also did not want to give my friend a pair of flip flops to go to the car in. They were overall very rude, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

Not terribly impressed. Lady (in charge?) was rude to my sister and I when we wanted to sit together during our pedicures. The young girl who did our pedicures was nice, spoke very little English. The first lady came back and said something to the girl, then the girl looked startled and apologized to me. Why I don't know. Won't go back.
