New to this salon. The place I was at before would have me sit outside and wait (with an appt) and would forget I was outside. So I came to Lush not sure what to expect. Was asked if I had a specific person in mind but I did not. A man named Hahn(hong?) Came to do my nails. He was great, very attentive. Told him what I wanted and showed him a photo of a bunny, he totally nailed it (literally) and thr bunny was better than the photo!! I will be back.
I called ahead and asked liquid hard gel. They say they do it. I did acrylic, pedicure, and manicure. Fine. Somehow the price was 50.00. I ended up paying 65 for pedi... the guy was okay, he really tried, my nails were fine too. They say they offer complemetary drinks, but you have to ask for it.... The worst was with a nasty woman working on my dautger's " hard gel nails." She looked angry, sighing, eye rolling, shuffling her feet, she had grease hair, she complaining, did a horrible job, crooked nails, and on the phone, she was in a bad mood, ugly vibe. I left there 200.00. I called and complained, and the owner told me to comeback she would redo her nails for a reduction price. It should have been said for free. I will never go back there. Nope.

Highly recommend! Ly is the best, and she never disappoints. My nails are always on point whenever I get it done by her. This nail lounge is clean and new. Easy and quick to make appointments either by phone or online. Service is great, and price is reasonable.
I switched to Lush from another salon, that didn't value their long-term loyal clients. Lush is amazing, I'm always hesitant at first to try a new salon, but I'm so happy I took a chance with Lush Nail Lounge. Andy is just wonderful, he's funny, will take any design and create it on your nails. All the staff are so friendly and kind, you feel seen and heard the moment you walk in the door. I love getting Pedis here, treat yourself to a complimentary drink while you get some much needed self care, everything is priced so reasonably. I have no complaints, only great service and lovely workers.
