I came to this salon with an appointment for a Gel Manicure & Pedicure. It's dirty, It's messy, It made me uncomfortable, Honestly. I was passed around from person to person like a piece of meat, I went through about four different people to complete my Manicure & Pedicure, I want to get to know the person I'm paying, I want them (because they're the professional) to care about my needs and not simply throw on polish and kick me out of the door, I have been getting this done for years and there is more to this service. =/ I discussed what I was looking for and they're in agreement but then I feel like they do what they want because I did not leave with what I was requesting and they did not care to ask how I felt about the final result, I was so upset I didn't even have it in me to complain because I didn't want to be there for a second more, I will literally NEVER go back to that place. I will also say that they try to push you towards getting a Powder Manicure (which costs more), "It lasts longer," I told them if Gel is done right it lasts long enough and they showed me that they are unable to do it right because 1 1/2 weeks later it was already chipping, It's a business that does not deserve to be open, I feel like they're literally stealing from people. I also felt horrible because there was a lady sitting next to me getting ready to pay and they suddenly bring up "we only take Venmo," Well, I think a business should have at least a couple of options to pay because this lady sat there for 20 minutes simply downloading the app and trying to figure it out, I can see she was frustrated In the service as well, I don't remember seeing any signs about it but that doesn't mean they weren't there, It was so cluttered in that tiny place.
