I was spoken to like an ignorant child. It goes a little something like this...I came in with ambre and needed a fill. I was told they could not do that but could achieve the same look with paint. Then at the end I was told I had to do solid color. I was still trying to trouble shoot and ask questions in hopes that I could still obtain the look I originally wanted. It snowballed from there and took a deep nose dive. I was being spoken like I was an ignorant child, Like I was a horrible human. I was paying to feel absolutely dreadful. I know it isn't easy to get bad reviews off of Yelp so Enjoy and Cheers!
Let's get Straight to the point. This place is trash nice people but trash. If I could give it a negative rating I would. I went at 1 for a fill my nails are already chipping and it's 430 ??? The nail tech zipped me with the file and then kept filing with the same nail file which is disgusting. I call the salon to ask about a refund they said come back. I am not coming back to a place that does shotty work? Don't waste your time or your money in this place.

Well, on the positive side, my nails DO look good. They also have plenty of staff for walk-ins, while it seems like many places in town are appointment only.
That's about it, it though. What they gave me was different from what I had asked for, after verbally confirming that they could do it. I also didn't see any evidence of them sterilizing their supplies in between customers...eww. Now, I don't expect great customer service when I go to nail salons. Sitting in silence is perfectly fine, but the woman who did my nails seemed annoyed that I was there! She rolled her eyes and barked commands. Not pleasant.
I usually have an average to good experience here but during the busy season they tend to prioritize getting more people in than actually giving a good experience and good nails. They're my favorite place in Bloomington but recently they've been underperforming. I think they just have a lot on their plate but my nails this last time look like they've been done at a child's birthday party. Overall good place on the off season, bad near spring break or end of may.
