Nail Masters & Spa in Oak Harbor, WA

The owners response to a bad manicure and pedicure was to yell and humiliate my daughter in front of the other clients in the salon. I have been getting my nails done for the last 40 years on a regular basis all over the state of California. I have never seen such a spectacle and regret not filming the incident. My daughters cuticles were massacred, her nails showed scratches from using a ruff buffer on them. When we asked to have them buffed out the manicurist acted like she had no clue what we were asking for. The delux pedicure left her with hanging skin on her toe and ruff heals. His first response was what do you want for a $20.00 manicure, I responded that I would rather pay $35.00 and have a good manicure. When my daughter said she didnt want to pay for it since she will need to go elsewhere to have it fixed he threatened to call the police. Go to this salon at your own risk and whatever you do dont complain about the shotty job they do.

I got a mani pedi and the manicure was really bad. My cuticles are messy and the lady scratched up my nail even though I didn't want polish. Even after getting a clear coat it was dull and scratched. The pedicure was subpar for a deluxe pedicure and they didn't cut a large piece of hanging callous. My callouses were barely touched and my heels are still rough. When susan did my ingrown toenail she dropped one of the tools on the ground on accident and wasn't going to clean it until I said something. When I complained to John about the hanging skin on my foot and he asked how everything else was I told him all my complaints about my manicure and specifically the messy cuticles and roughness of my nail he told me I complain too much and started yelling at me. He told me to ask all the other clients if my nails looked good and so I did and obviously everyone was very uncomfortable with that and didn't want to be involved. I told him I didn't want to pay for such a bad manicure since he went out of his way to humiliate me. Then he threatened to call the cops so I told him to. My mother insisted on paying for it since she didn't want me to get arrested. I even told him they did a good job on other things and he yelled at me the whole time. I wanted to block them with the Navy but my husband informed me that's not how it works so I do apologize for that. However, they berated me and humiliated me in front of the whole place so do not come here if you have any standards.

John is amazing and will take good care of you, i have really small nail beds and am completely insecure about how short they are he was able to give me a full set and he took his time to do them

john is great he'll fix your nails with no hesitation the environment is very friendly they're all great
