I thought Stacie was phenomenal!! She's always so creative, talented and professional! In the past I have found most manicurist's don't talk much. Stacie has the perfect level of social etiquette as she listens and talks.... and not too much either! She's perfect on every level!!

Bad experience! I came in for a pedi with clear toe polish on that had a few sparkles in it, and the woman started just filing my polish off the top of my nail, not even using any remover. I asked her to stop, it hurt and can cause infections, and she did it anyway. I had to insist, after multiple attempts by her, that she stop and just use some polish remover instead. I even said I'd do it for her. It became very weird and just felt disrespectful! I also noticed I didn't get hot towels like my friends did (theirs started after mine, and I saw how my person was rushing). She also gave me only ONE layer of polish color on my toes? I would have protested that, but I just wanted it to end. The filing ontop of my nail has caused pain the rest of the evening. I'll be taking action if I end up with any issue or infection from this experience, Nail Club!

The worst mani pedi I have had in 38 years. Always came here before I moved to FL 6 years ago. Came on vacation and ask for a pedi and a powder dip. I don't think the tech had a clue. Tried peeling my original powder dip off with cuticle nippers and ripped a nail. I asked if she could fix it and she said it would be fine. Never fixed just filed it shorter than the other nails. After powder dip she put some clear coat on and put under LED light. Never had that with powder dip. Clearly peeling off after 1 week. Didn't touch my cuticles and the powder dip didn't even cover the entire nail. Then slapped and I do mean slapped oil on my hands and said I was done. So much oil I had to clean my hands my self to get my credit card out of my purse. The pedicure was so fast (about 10 minutes) and not much was done at all. Such a waste of money and time. I should have known better when I walked in and it was CASH ONLY. I'm sure I know why. I rarely leave reviews but had to to warn anyone else who may consider this salon. P.S. Also asked for matching toe nail polish. Not even close.

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I paid 48 dollars for a gel fill with no designs or anything. Completely overpriced. Two of my nails had fallen off so I understand charging me extra but not THAT much. 48 for a fill is absolutely ridiculous. My nails don't even look that good anyway. I could've gone elsewhere and my nails would have been much nicer AND they would've charged me maybe 30 or 35 dollars for a fill. I will never come back here.

I recommend getting your nails done by Tam! He did a great job. Was gentle and patient with me. They all wear gloves, and were respectful of my severe latex allergy. He was able to do an amazing coffin shape on my nails! They look amazing!
