Two dissatisfied customers on a slow weeknight. Polish looks terrible after one 1 day and my friend's acrylic nails were uneven. Lack of attention to detail. Left out steps advertised in the spa pedicure. Filed down the actual skin on my fingers and toes to the point of discomfort. I was not impressed with how the callous remover instruments were cleaned in the sink after use. Other friends have reported concerns about sanitation at this location. Do not visit!!
I went to get my eyebrows done today. The girl was distracted and waxed one of my eyebrows off. She proceeded to chuckle (most probably in shock). I beyond mortified and attempted to get out there as fast as possible. The manager followed close behind, handing me a $20 to go get some make-up at the beauty supply store two doors down. Thanks for the money but I'd certainly rather have my eyebrow!!! I will never go there again.
Soooo I ended up going back because the place I usually go to was extremely busy and I couldn't go another day without getting my nails done. My experience this time was way better customer service is slightly the same, the person who did my nails didn't speak much but by far did a great job. He took his time and made sure was even( I got ANC), he asked me how I felt about my nails. I loved them and I even got my brows done which came out amazing. I may be going back in two weeks guess third try is a charm.
