Worst pedicure I ever received. Didn't file into a shape or cut cuticular correctly. Sloppy paint job and didn't even have dryers

Went here for the very first time 6 days ago. I had a pedicure and dip powder manicure. The pedicure was ok, nothing special. Didn't really give any type of massage but did clean up my feet nicely. That's the end of the positive review. As for the dip powder, if you have technicians that do not have the grasp of doing this type of manicure maybe you should train or give the appointment to a technician who knows what they are doing. Usually dip powder lasts on my nails 2-3 weeks. I am on day 6 and all my nails are chipped and the powder cracked off my nail. I am furious. This was not cheap. I now have to go somewhere else to have this fixed and now spend additional money somewhere else. The girl also cut my fingers while filing. Not one finger but almost every one. Not one apology. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!! total waste of time and money. Stay away.

I went to this place on Sunday and I got dip powder , today is Friday , so not even a week and they have all cracked and broke . They are horrible at dip powder and it costed me $40. Do not attend this nail salon!

First of all, I'm surprised of the bad reviews! This review is solely for the waxing experience. I'm visiting from out of town and needed and eyebrow and lip wax. I google the nearest place from where I was and this one popped up. I called to make sure they did waxing - which they did - and asked me when. I told them today/now and they said ok. Took me longer to drive there (we went to the wrong plaza) but they took me and I was in and out in 10 minutes. My eyebrows looked great. I like them full and not thin and it came out perfect.

I went there on a Sunday a few weeks ago. I needed an urgent appointment and was happy that they took me in on such a short notice. I walked in and no one even noticed my presence. Two manicurists were working on one customer and I just sat there like a second class citizen despite having an appointment. Finally, one worker noticed me and asked me what I wanted to be done. I only needed nail polish removed and manicure and pedicure, no new polish or tips. She got so annoyed that I asked for a pedicure. The shop was closing in about 45 minutes but it was more than enough time for them to do my nails. I called in and had an appointment scheduled. It was their fault that they ignored me for about 10 minutes. Interestingly, someone walked in 15 minutes before the closing time asking for a manicure, and they took her without a problem. By the way, I had the worst manicure and pedicure in many years. Almost a month later, my nails are still brittle. I would have given them 1 but I am being kind because they accommodated me on a Sunday after all.
