Came in for my second visit and it was not a good experience. The first time was fine no complaints. But this time, I told the lady it was me and my friend getting a pedicure. My friend wasn't there yet and I asked if I could wait for her. She pressured me three times to go sit so she could get started before my friend got there. I told her no. Then she had another one of the ladies ask me the same question. It was very uncomfortable. This was within a 5 minute period. My water was cold and I had to ask her three times to change it. She just said okay twice before finally fixing it. She used the nail drill on my cuticles and took the skin off my second toe. Them sprayed it with rubbing alcohol and I had to tell her it was burning. The polish and shaping looks nice but for customer service and the pain I'm in, I'm not impressed or happy I paid $57 for this experience.
This use to be my favorite nail salon. Today I when in for a pedi and it was the worst pedi I've ever had. The lady didn't even clean under the toe nails. She didn't scrub my feet. I kept telling her I didn't want gel and she kept saying gel is better. She did gel anyways and asked me if it was OK I said no it's not the same color.
